The number of bookings any given property will receive depend on a number of factors, including the property’s location, amenities and price. While we cannot guarantee a fixed income from your holiday home, we will use our extensive experience and local knowledge to help calculate the best rental price for your home. This will create the maximum income for property owners while also offering guests a competitive price.


How much do I pay Villapartner?

Villapartner receives a commission fee of 20 to 30 percent on the rental price of each property. We will handle all marketing efforts at no extra cost to you and we will receive no commission on any additional service you offer the tenant.


What will Villapartner do to help me rent my home?

Villapartner will upload all of the information and photos of your holiday home and make it available through our channels and those of our many partners. We will also market your home through Google ads, Bing ads, Facebook, Instagram, newsletters and our sales partner network.

Our team of professionals will work tirelessly to ensure that the best practices of SEO are followed so that your holiday home will always be near the top in search results on Google. We will make sure your property gets noticed when a customer searches for holiday homes in your area.

We do. Villapartner will take care of all requests and questions from the customers. We will collect customer payments and ensure that homeowners are fully paid prior to the guests’ arrival.

In short, not only will we take care of everything until the customers arrive at your home, we will even provide assistance during their stay through our 24-hour telephone hotline.


Who handles customer billing and communications?

At Villapartner, we believe in creating close relationships with our holiday homeowners. This means that there are a number of conditions you must meet when you make a contract with Villapartner:

  • You will be given a login to our calendar system and it is extremely important that you update the rental calendar with any bookings made through any sales channels other than Villapartner. This is to ensure that the calendar is always updated in our system.
  • The homeowner is responsible for delivering the keys to the tenants as well as maintaining the general upkeep of the property.
  • The homeowner is responsible for receiving the payment for any additional services agreed upon with the tenant, such as cleaning, electricity, water, etc. Furthermore, the homeowner must refund the deposit to the customer.
  • The homeowner is responsible for ensuring that all the details regarding the property are listed accurately and correctly.
  • The homeowner is responsible for ensuring that the property is clean and as described when a tenant arrives.

If I list my property with Villapartner, where else will it be seen?
