Should I order immediately or can I get an option?

You have free choice whether you want to order immediately or have a 3-day option to leave the house. If you want a 3-day option (advance booking), just select it in the ordering process.

When should I pay?

Ordered the holiday house more than 8 weeks before arrival the 1.rate 25% must be paid immediately after ordering. Ordered the holiday house less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately. Payment must be received within 3 days after ordering.

When and where to pay deposit?

The deposit is paid by the key delivery either on key delivery office or holiday house. The deposit is paid in cash, and usually in that country’s currency. The deposit amount are stated on the rental voucher, and depending on the type of house of Euro 50 to 500 in Southern Europe. In rare cases, the deposit will be greater, so ask when booking about the specific amount.

Why must I pay a deposit?

Deposit to cover the variable consumption costs are not included in the rent and any damage to the holiday house occurred during the stay. Consumption costs not included may be electricity, heat etc. You can at our site see what is included in the rent at the different holiday houses.

When will I get my deposit back?

The deposit is usually paid back directly when the rental period end. You will at the latest get your deposit back within 1 month after the rental period end – if no consumption and no damage you will receive the full amount back.

When and how will I receive my rental papers?

Once you have made your booking you will immediately receive rental papers by mail. The reservation is final only after we have received the payment.

How to change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your booking you must contact us immediately by telephone or mail. Conditions and any charges are shown in our rental terms.

Is cancellation insurance included in the price?

We have no compulsory cancellation insurance, since many are already covered by private insurance or cards. If you are not already covered or are unsure, we recommend that you buy a cancellation insurance when ordering. You can also select an extended travel insurance.

Can my order be transferred to another person?

Yes, up to 8 days before arrival, the booking can be transferred to another person free of charge. Simply send an email stating the details of the person ordering transferred.

Which consumption should I expect?

In many holiday homes, electricity, water and heating are included in the rental amount. For those holiday houses where consumption costs are not included varying consumption depending of house type, size, layout and season. It is our recommendation to use common sense when dealing with electricity and water.

Who makes the final cleaning?

The final cleaning can often be done by your self and are checked after departure, so that we are sure that the holiday house is ready for the next tenants. You can also in most cases the book and pay for a final cleaning. Some holiday houses available with “mandatory cleaning”, which means you shall not make the final cleaning, but pays for this – most often by key pickup. In many homes in South Europe the final cleaning are included in the rental fee and you must not make the final cleaning.

How do I see if there is “mandatory final cleaning”?

On the information page about the holiday house you have selected you can by clicking the “prices” see if you should pay for mandatory cleaning. The price for cleaning will vary by country and size of the holiday house.

Are the holiday homes equipped with blankets and pillows?

Yes. In the holiday home there is always blankets (usually after holiday country standard) and pillows to the people for the holiday home allows.

Should I bring bed linen?

Unless it is indicated by the symbol of the chosen holiday house you must bring bed linen. Linen can often be rented on site.

How many people must there be in the holiday home?

It appears from the house described how many people maximum are allowed to use the holiday house. All persons regardless of age count in the number of persons.

Can I put up a tent in the garden or bring a caravan?

It is not allowed to pitch a tent in the garden or bring your caravan or similar.

Can groups/youth groups book a holiday home?

Yes, mostly, but some homeowners do not want to have groups / youth groups in their holiday home. This will normally appear on the house description. A group / youth group is defined as at least 6 people, not couples or families. Groups must be reported to Villapartner, who reserves the right to refuse them.

How many pets can I bring?

It appears from the information page about the holiday house if it allows to bring pets. Where this is permitted must normally bring one pet. If you want to bring more animals than allowed please contact us in good time since the house owner should be accept about this.

How is the holiday house decorated?

The decor of the holiday houses are individual after the owners taste. An overview of the holiday home decor, see house description.

When can I get the key to the holiday house?

You will find information about key delivery on your rental confirmation. This will normally be between the hours 15 and 19 depending on the key point of delivery. Note that even if you arrive early you are not entitled to receive the key before the stipulated time.

When must I leave the holiday home?

The house must be left by pm. 10 on day of departure.
