How to make a booking?

When will I pay?
If you booked your holiday home more than 8 weeks before occupation 1st. rate of 25% is paid immediately after booking. If you booked your holiday home less than 8 weeks before moving in, the full amount will be billed immediatly. Payment must be received within 3 days of booking.
How and where will the deposit be paid?
Deposit is payable on booking. In the summer season the deposit is 750 DKK and during the winter season 1,500 kr.
Why should you pay a deposit?
Deposit must cover variable consumption costs not included in the rent amount and any damage to the holiday home incurred during the stay. Consumption costs not included in the rental price may be electricity, heating, etc. depending on the holiday home.
On our website you can see what is included in the rent amount at the various holiday homes.
When will you return my deposit?
Settlement of the deposit usually takes place the week after the end of the rental period. Any subsequent return of the paid deposit will be made no later than 1 month after the end of the rental period.
When and how do I receive my lease?
Once you have made your order, you will immediately receive the leases by e-mail. The order is only final when we have received payment.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by telephone or e-mail. Terms and conditions and fees are stated in our rental agreement.
Are cancellation insurance included in the price?
We do not have a mandatory cancellation insurance, as many are already covered by private insurance or card. If you are not already covered or are in doubt, we recommend that you purchase a cancellation insurance when booking.
Can my order be transferred to another person?
Yes, until 8 days before arrival, the booking can be transferred to another person free of charge. Just send an e-mail stating details of the person to whom the order is being transferred.
Which consumption should I count on?
For many holiday homes, electricity, water and heating are included in the rent amount. For those holiday homes where consumption costs are not included, the consumption of house type, size, decor and season varies. It is our recommendation to use common sense in the course of, for example, electricity and water.
Who carries out final cleaning?
The final cleaning can be done by yourself and will be checked after departure so that we are sure that the holiday home is ready for the next tenants. You can order a final cleaning at Villapartner if you wish to do so.
Some holiday homes are offered with "mandatory cleaning", which means that you do not have to take care of the final cleaning. If that is the case, it is apparent from the information about the specific house.
Are there duvets and pillows in the holiday home?
Yes. In the holiday home there are always duvets and pillows for the number of persons allowed by the holiday home.
Should I bring bed linen?
Unless indicated otherwise by the homepage of the specific holiday home, bed linen must be brought. Linen can be rented from Villapartner, and we make sure to bring it out into the house and pick it up after use.
How many people may there be in the holiday home?
It is apparent from the house description how many people are allowed to use the holiday home. All persons regardless of age counts in the number of people.
Can I pitch a tent in the garden or bring a mobile home?
It is not allowed to pitch a tent in the garden or bring a mobile home or similar.
Can groups/youth groups book a holiday home?
Yes, most often; but some homeowners do not want groups/youth groups in the holiday home. This will usually be stated in the house description. A group/youth group is defined as at least 6 people who are not a couple or family. Groups must be notified to Villapartner, who reserves the right to reject these.
How many pets do I have to bring?
It is apparent from the information page about the holiday home whether pets are allowed to be brought. Where this is permitted, one domestic animal may normally be brought. If you wish to bring more pets than allowed, please contact us in good time as homeowners will be asked about this
How is the holiday home furnished?
The decor of the holiday homes is individual according to the owner's taste. A complete overview of the house's interior is given in the house description along with pictures.
When can I get the key to the holiday home?
The key delivery date is shown in your rental certificate. This will usually be after. 4 pm. Note that even though you arrive early, you are not entitled to receive the key before the scheduled time, but we will endeavor to deliver the key as soon as the house is ready for occupation.
When will I leave the holiday home?
The holiday home must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

Can I rent children's equipment?
Both cot and high chair can be rented from Villapartner. We make sure to bring it to the house and also take care of pickup afterwards.
